Hawthorne Heights

I really like Hawthorne Heights. On Saturday, one of the members of the band, Casey Calvert, passed away in his sleep.
I was thinking about posting about them, or something. I’ve been listening to their cds now all week. But in wanting to write something, I started reading their lyrics. I mean, I love the band, music, etc… and usually the lyrics are my favorite part of whatever band I listen to. But in reading their lyrics I realized that’s not why I like this band. I like this band because of the screaming and intensity. Casey Calvert was the screamer.

I know it’s obvious, but Ohio is for Lovers is def my favorite. I also realllly like Blue Burns Orange and Silver Bullet.

silver bullet saves my life ever time i hear it
it is one of the few songs that touch me but i like it better in acoustics it makes it seem more deep and it gives me chills to hear you (jt) singing so softly
you are one of my favorite people even though i dont kno you i think it is because you write a peice of yourself into each song and it helps your fans to get to kno the real you better when they actually take the time to listen to the lyrics and interprete the meaning behind them.I do the same in my lyrics though my band is definetly not as big as yours maybe i will be there one day. you are the bomb dot com jt and the rest of the band rox to because without them you would only be singing to the silence instead of making increadible music..i love hawthorne heights!

i love hh and i have all their cds and i cant stand it with out casey but they kept strong and are still an awesome band

Hey J.T I am really a big fan of Hawthorne Heights Ohio is for lovers Hey there i know it’s hard to feel like I don’t care at all where you are and how you feel put these lights off fast these wheels keep roiling on and on and on and on and on slow things down or speed them up not enough or way to and on and on how are you when im gone I can’t make it on my beacuase my heart is in ohio. but if you can if you have Gmail chat with me I forgot i love your songs And That sucks that Casey Calvert had to die Thats all bye
